Shipping policy

General shipping / Prints / local delivery and pickup 
Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 working weeks excluding weekends and public holidays of purchase by Australia post, you will receive a fulfillment email from Matakupaat Arts that includes your tracking number.

Shipping time for framed artwork – Please allow 4 - 6 weeks excluding public holidays and weekends to receive your delivery. These are framed to order.

Shipping time frames during a sale - If you have ordered an item during a sale period. E.g. EOFY, Christmas, Black Friday then there may be an additional 1 - 4 week wait due to an increase on supply and demand. Only so many orders can be processed every day. Please be patient during these times.

 

International Orders - Will receive a invoice sent out to cover costs of shipping
