Interconnected is about the deep and unbroken connection we share with Mother Earth, with animals, with our dreaming, and with each other. This artwork reflects the idea that nothing exists in isolation, every element of life is linked, influencing and supporting one another in ways both seen and unseen. The lines, shapes, and colours in the piece trace the threads of these relationships, showing how energy flows between people, land, and all living beings.
Through this painting, I wanted to capture the harmony and balance that comes from recognising these connections. It is a reminder that our actions, our care, and our respect ripple outward, affecting the world around us. The presence of animals represents the guidance, wisdom, and lessons we receive from other creatures, while the references to dreaming honour the stories and knowledge that have shaped culture for generations.
